Sean Libby

President

Sean focuses on the intersection of managed care and technology, innovating solutions that improve patient outcomes while optimizing cost-efficiency.

Sean has worked at the intersection of managed care and government benefit programs for over 20 years. Prior to BeneLynk, Sean served as the President of Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability. Before that, Sean served as Vice President of Sales for SSC Disability. He is recognized by the Social Security Administration as a non-attorney representative (EDPNA) and has personally represented claimants in hearings for Social Security Disability Insurance and SSI throughout the country. Sean is an expert on a wide variety of government benefit programs and has been quoted in Bloomberg, Business Week, and other national publications. He regularly publishes articles on managed care and government benefits for BeneLynk’s blog.

Sean is a graduate of Middlebury College and has a master’s degree from Yale University.

Paul Frenkel

Chief Operations Officer

Paul is a seasoned leader in Managed Care and Operations, known for significantly improving operational efficiencies and service quality.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience in Managed Medicare & Medicaid and ACA operations, as well as product development, sales/account management, and business strategies to the BeneLynk team. Paul is an expert with Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulations and guidelines; risk adjustment models; quality measures; and state and community program eligibility criteria. He also applies innovative skills in application development, problem definition, and solutions, as well as the ability to manage sales/account management, operations, and product development teams.

Paul served as a Senior Vice President at Change Healthcare and has a B.S. in Health/Healthcare Administration/Management from Ithaca College.

Chris Rosa

Chief Technology Officer

Chris leads BeneLynk's technology strategy, specializing in developing innovative solutions and advancing technological growth.

As BeneLynk's Chief Technology Officer, Chris has created and implemented a unique platform to fulfill BeneLynk's mission. Chris comes from a background in healthcare service delivery. That deep experience has shaped his perspective on the role of technology in delivering healthcare services with an innovative cloud-first approach. Chris is focused on leading-edge technology enablement and remains committed to information security.

Chris earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and was fortunate to participate in NU's cooperative education program. Chris also completed his M.S. in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University, where he received the honor of being recognized for his Outstanding Master's Thesis.

Keslie Crichton

Chief Sales Officer

Keslie is a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and spearheading successful sales strategies.

Keslie joined Benelynk in May 2020, bringing over 25 years of comprehensive managed care and healthcare technology experience. Previously, Keslie spent 13 years as Vice President of Sales at Change Healthcare and its predecessor companies Altegra Health and Social Service Coordinators, helping plans improve risk-adjusted revenue and quality performance scores through dual enrollment and retention, as well as health education campaigns. She worked with the country’s six largest MCOs to improve revenue drivers: Risk, Quality, and Member Eligibility. ​

Prior to that, at U.S. Healthcare, Keslie led marketing for both commercial and Medicare plans, with a focus on provider risk-sharing payment models tied to quality and member surveys. Keslie's passion lies in working on strategies that put members at the center and that ensure clients are provided with the services to drive accurate risk-adjusted and quality performance revenue.

Terry Ward

Chief Product Officer

Terry offers over three decades of experience in healthcare, developing cutting-edge products that address the complexities of patient and provider needs.

Terry has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience with a proven history of combining industry expertise, leadership, creativity, and collaboration to drive excellence in solution innovation, operational execution, and organizational improvement.  These outcomes have been the centerpieces in each leadership position Terry has held in companies such as McKesson, UnitedHealth Group, Change Healthcare, Apixio/Centene, and now BeneLynk. As BeneLynk’s Chief Product Officer, Terry synthesizes the voice of the customer, market feedback with regulatory requirements, and emerging trends to execute a meaningful roadmap, drive innovation to a vision, and maximize customer success.  

In 2013, the Certified HEDIS solution, for which Terry provided Product Management leadership, was the recipient of the Gartner award for demonstrating best practices in dashboard design for HEDIS reporting. Terry was the recipient of the 2013 Optum Innovation Leadership Shadow Award which recognizes individuals who consistently support Optum’s innovation culture in their daily work and inspire innovation in others through their leadership shadow. In 2020 and 2021 Terry was directly responsible for designing, developing, and integrated two new solutions into the Apixio portfolio, accounting for over $3 million in revenue within seven months of their release.

Eduardo Kuffo

Chief Financial Officer

Eduardo boasts over 20 years of financial expertise, particularly in the healthcare sector, focusing on strategic financial management and operations.

Eduardo has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance - working mostly for private equity owned companies. His experience includes strategic financial and business planning, financial controls, business integrations, budgeting process, accounting, audit, treasury, as well as financial analysis and reporting all to ensure the business can execute its short and long-term business plans.

Most recently, Eduardo served for over five years as the Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Sage Dental, which owns and operates 66 dental practices in Florida and Georgia. Prior to Sage Dental, he worked for Altegra Health as the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance for seven years.

Lance Scott

Sr. VP, Corporate Development

Lance manages key business initiatives at BeneLynk, demonstrating strong leadership in strategic growth and enhancing operational excellence.

Lance oversees many of BeneLynk’s key business departments and functions such as client/vendor management, the program management office, quality and compliance, learning and development, content and print solutions, and business continuity. With almost 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry managing various teams, he is an expert in helping organizations operate effectively and efficiently.

Lance started his career working in pharmacy services but quickly broadened his professional experience by working for managed care organizations and health advocacy companies. He has led several business transformation initiatives, demonstrating his skills as a solutions-oriented executive and leader. Lance has deep experience developing, leading, and managing business services across multiple disciplines.  

Lance is an alum of California Coast University and Peru State College. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma black belt.

James Tongate

VP, Government & Military Relations

James excels in managing government relations and military programs, with extensive experience in policy development and strategic partnerships.

James oversees all BeneLynk government relations functions with government entities, military Veteran service organizations, and clients, partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment and mitigate issues that inhibit improved health outcomes for the Veteran member population.​

James worked at Humana for more than 17 years and led their award-winning Veteran & Military Spouse Hiring Program. The program recruited National Guard, Reservists, military retirees, Wounded Warriors, transitioning Veterans, and military spouses through outreach strategies.

James also proudly serves as the tenth State Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Kentucky National Guard. Chief Tongate is the key advisor to Kentucky’s Adjutant General and his staff on all matters influencing mission readiness, training, promotion, retention, professional development, utilization, health, morale, welfare, and assignment policy affecting all enlisted Airmen and their families. James began his service in 1986–1991 with the active-duty U.S. Air Force, then served in the KY Army National Guard as a Military Intelligence Analyst before transferring into the KY Air National Guard in December 1997, where he remains today.

Aldwin Gomez

VP, Member Engagement & Advocacy

Aldwin brings a profound expertise in community engagement and grassroots advocacy, excelling in strategic organizational development.

Aldwin joined BeneLynk in June 2019 and brings over 15 years of member-focused managed care experience. He leads the strategic planning and execution of engagement efforts designed to help people improve their lives through SDoH advocacy. Aldwin leads several dynamic teams within BeneLynk’s operations, which are centered on continuous improvement of the overall member experience.​

Before BeneLynk, Aldwin held senior leadership positions with Managed Care of North America Dental and Altegra Health: both companies operate within the Medicare and Medicaid space. During his tenure with these organizations, he led nationwide operations and played a key role in developing the infrastructure and general management of the member engagement and sales teams.

Aldwin studied Business Management at Grand Canyon University where he was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Leslie Amoroso

VP, Human Capital

Leslie specializes in developing impactful human resources strategies that align with corporate goals, fostering employee development and organizational culture.

Leslie has 20 years of experience building and leading successful operations teams.  Her experience in assessing and aligning operational efficiency through team building and employee empowerment was a perfect combination for her transition into Human Capital Operations in July 2021.  In this role, she oversees business partnerships, employee relations, recruiting, engagement, learning, and development. Before her role at BeneLynk, Leslie served as Senior Director of Operations for Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability.​

Leslie started her career in the banking industry, where she obtained extensive leadership training. Promoted to Senior Director at Pitney Bowes, Inc., she developed and led successful operational teams for new products and services and received several leadership awards. ​

Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.

Vicki Jessup

VP, Government Relations & Quality Assurance

Vicki utilizes her extensive healthcare experience to enhance service quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Vicki leverages over 20 years of experience with Medicaid and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program eligibility policy, as well as states’ enrollment, claims processing, and managed care delivery systems. She is a subject matter expert in Medicaid pathways and application/renewal requirements in all 50 states and D.C. Vicki ensures that Benelynk processes are aligned with all state requirements and federal changes.

​Previously, Vicki was the Senior Director of Government Relations at Change Healthcare and its predecessor companies, Altegra Health and Social Service Coordinators. Vicki worked for Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services (DHS) over the prior decade as the Medicaid/SNAP Eligibility Policy Section Chief. She led the state’s efforts to expand Medicaid eligibility, streamline enrollment and renewal procedures, redesign state decision notices, and implement telephonic signatures, among many other projects. ​

Vicki has a bachelor's degree and master’s certificate from the University of Wisconsin.
