Sean Libby

President

Sean focuses on the intersection of managed care and technology, creating solutions that improve patient outcomes while optimizing cost-efficiency.

As President of BeneLynk, Sean is dedicated to developing and delivering social care solutions that help people live healthier and happier lives.

With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of managed care and government benefit programs, Sean brings a wealth of expertise to BeneLynk. Prior to his current role, he served as President of Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability. He also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development for SSC Disability.

Sean is an expert in a wide variety of government benefit programs and has been quoted in Bloomberg, Business Week, and other national publications. He regularly publishes articles on managed care and government benefits for BeneLynk’s blog, sharing his knowledge to benefit both members and the broader community.

A graduate of Middlebury College with a master’s degree from Yale University, Sean combines his educational background with extensive industry experience to lead BeneLynk with integrity and vision.

Paul Frenkel

Chief Operations Officer

Paul is a seasoned leader in Managed Care and Operations, known for significantly improving operational efficiencies and service quality.

Paul is a seasoned leader in managed care and operations, known for significantly improving operational efficiencies and service quality.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience in Managed Medicare & Medicaid, ACA operations, product development, sales/account management, and business strategies to the BeneLynk team. He is an expert in Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulations and guidelines, risk adjustment models, quality measures, and state and community program eligibility criteria. Paul's innovative skills in application development, problem-solving, and solutions enhance his ability to manage sales/account management, operations, and product development teams effectively.

Before joining BeneLynk, Paul served as a Senior Vice President at Change Healthcare. He holds a B.S. in Health/Healthcare Administration/Management from Ithaca College.

Paul's extensive knowledge and experience ensure that BeneLynk remains a trusted partner for its members. His commitment to operational excellence and service quality helps us deliver reliable and effective solutions, enhancing the lives of our clients’ members.

Chris Rosa

Chief Technology Officer

Chris leads BeneLynk's technology strategy, specializing in developing innovative solutions and advancing technological growth.

As Chief Technology Officer, Chris has pioneered the development of BeneLynk's innovative solutions, fulfilling our mission to help members live their healthiest lives. With a background in healthcare service delivery, Chris's experience has shaped his perspective on the role of technology in delivering healthcare services using an innovative, cloud-first approach.

Chris's passion for applying leading-edge technology drives BeneLynk's commitment to information security and establishing trust with its clients and their member populations. This commitment goes beyond meeting regulatory requirements; it's a mindset that informs every facet of BeneLynk's service offerings.

Chris earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he participated in NU's cooperative education program. He also completed his M.S. in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University, receiving recognition for his Outstanding Master's Thesis.

Through his dedication to technology and security, Chris ensures that BeneLynk provides trustworthy and effective solutions that enhance the member experience and support their social care needs.

Keslie Crichton

Chief Sales Officer

Keslie is a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and spearheading successful sales strategies.

Keslie is driven by her strong belief in the power of combining national Medicaid expertise with cutting-edge technology and a team of compassionate and empathetic advocates.

In 1990, Keslie joined US Healthcare, a growing HMO, where she quickly recognized the critical role healthcare plays for employers, employees, and individuals enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid. Throughout her career, she saw firsthand the challenges HMOs faced in encouraging employers, members, and providers to embrace new fee structures and preventive care measures. These experiences highlighted the necessity of improving the member experience to build trust and engagement.

Keslie then dedicated 13 years as Vice President of Sales at Change Healthcare and its predecessor companies, Altegra Health and Social Service Coordinators (SSC). During this time, her passion for personalized social care deepened. SSC was a pioneering company in dual advocacy, setting the stage for Keslie and her team to establish BeneLynk 20 years later.

Keslie is empowered by our team’s ability to foster personal relationships with members, helping them navigate challenges and complete enrollments in programs that alleviate financial insecurity and improve their quality of life. By prioritizing trust and personalized advocacy, we strive to create healthier and happier members.

Terry Ward

Chief Product Officer

Terry offers more than three decades of experience in healthcare, developing cutting-edge products that address the complexities of patient and provider needs.

Terry brings over three decades of experience in healthcare, developing innovative products that address the complexities of patient and provider needs.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Terry has a proven track record of combining industry expertise, leadership, creativity, and collaboration to drive excellence in solution innovation, operational execution, and organizational improvement. These achievements have been central to Terry’s roles at McKesson, UnitedHealth Group, Change Healthcare, Apixio/Centene, and now BeneLynk.

As BeneLynk’s Chief Product Officer, Terry synthesizes customer feedback, market insights, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends to create a meaningful product roadmap. This approach drives innovation and maximizes customer success, ensuring that BeneLynk remains a trusted partner for its members.

In 2013, Terry provided product management leadership for a Certified HEDIS solution that received the Gartner award for best practices in dashboard design for HEDIS reporting. Terry also received the 2013 Optum Innovation Leadership Shadow Award, recognizing individuals who consistently support Optum’s innovation culture and inspire others through their leadership. In 2020 and 2021, Terry was directly responsible for designing and integrating two new solutions into the Apixio portfolio, generating over $3 million in revenue within seven months of their release.

Eduardo Kuffo

Chief Financial Officer

Eduardo boasts over 20 years of financial expertise, particularly in the healthcare sector, focusing on strategic financial management and operations.

Eduardo brings over 20 years of financial expertise to BeneLynk, particularly in the healthcare sector, focusing on strategic financial management and operations.

Eduardo's extensive experience in accounting and finance, primarily with private equity-owned companies, includes strategic financial and business planning, financial controls, business integrations, budgeting, accounting, audit, treasury, as well as financial analysis and reporting. His work ensures that the business can execute its short and long-term plans effectively, while building trust and stability for BeneLynk and our clients.

Most recently, Eduardo served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Sage Dental, overseeing 66 dental practices in Florida and Georgia for over five years. Prior to Sage Dental, he spent seven years at Altegra Health as the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance, where he played a crucial role in financial strategy and management.

Eduardo's dedication to strategic financial planning and operational excellence ensures that BeneLynk remains a reliable and trustworthy partner for our members. His financial leadership helps us maintain strong financial health, enabling us to better serve our clients’ members and their health-related social needs.

Lance Scott

Sr. VP, Corporate Development

Lance manages key business initiatives at BeneLynk, demonstrating strong leadership in strategic growth and enhancing operational excellence.

Lance leads and manages multiple corporate functions at BeneLynk, working closely with all levels of leadership to support our organization and drive initiatives that serve our members and customers.

Lance oversees several key departments and functions, including client services, vendor management, the program management office, quality assurance, compliance and ethics, government relations, content and print solutions, and business continuity. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he is an expert in helping organizations operate effectively and efficiently.

Starting his career in pharmacy services, Lance quickly expanded his professional experience by working for managed care organizations and health advocacy companies. He has successfully led several business transformation initiatives, demonstrating his ability as a solutions-oriented executive and leader. Lance's extensive experience in developing, leading, and managing business services across multiple disciplines makes him a valuable asset to BeneLynk.

Lance holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Coast University and Peru State College, and he is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

James Tongate

VP, Government & Military Relations

James excels in managing government relations and military programs, with extensive experience in policy development and strategic partnerships.

At BeneLynk, James oversees all government relations functions, collaborating with government entities, military Veteran service organizations, and clients. He partners with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues that impact the health outcomes of the Veteran member population.

James worked at Humana for over 17 years, where he led their award-winning Veteran & Military Spouse Hiring Program. This program successfully recruited National Guard members, Reservists, military retirees, Wounded Warriors, transitioning Veterans, and military spouses through targeted outreach strategies.

In addition to his role at BeneLynk, James serves as the tenth State Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Kentucky National Guard. As Command Chief, he advises Kentucky’s Adjutant General and his staff on all matters affecting mission readiness, training, promotion, retention, professional development, utilization, health, morale, welfare, and assignment policy for all enlisted Airmen and their families. James began his service in the U.S. Air Force from 1986 to 1991, then served in the KY Army National Guard as a Military Intelligence Analyst before transferring to the KY Air National Guard in December 1997, where he continues to serve today.

James’s extensive experience and dedication to supporting Veterans ensure that BeneLynk remains a trusted partner for its members. His commitment to improving health related social needs for Veterans and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders enhances the lives of our Veteran members.

Aldwin Gomez

VP, Member Engagement & Advocacy

Aldwin brings a profound expertise in community engagement and grassroots advocacy, excelling in strategic organizational development.

Joining BeneLynk in June 2019, Aldwin contributes 20 years of member-focused managed care experience. He spearheads the strategic planning and execution of engagement efforts aimed at helping people enhance their lives through Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) advocacy. Aldwin leads several dynamic teams within BeneLynk’s operations, all focused on the continuous improvement of the overall member experience.

Prior to BeneLynk, Aldwin held senior leadership positions at Managed Care of North America Dental and Altegra Health, both operating within the Medicare and Medicaid space. During his tenure, he led nationwide operations and played a pivotal role in developing the infrastructure and management of member engagement and sales teams.

Aldwin is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s health and well-being. As part of a dynamic team, he leads the evolution of addressing health related social needs. His skills, experience, and ingenuity enable him to consistently deliver high-quality, creative, and innovative engagement solutions that improve health outcomes for the diverse populations served. By fostering trust and enhancing member relationships, Aldwin ensures that BeneLynk remains a leader in compassionate and effective member advocacy.

Leslie Amoroso

VP, Human Capital

Leslie specializes in developing impactful human resources strategies that align with corporate goals, fostering employee development, and organizational culture.

With 20 years of experience building and leading successful operations teams, Leslie brings a wealth of expertise to BeneLynk. Her ability to assess and align operational efficiency through team building and employee empowerment made her transition into Human Capital Operations in July 2021 a natural fit. In this role, she oversees business partnerships, employee relations, recruiting, engagement, learning, and development.

Before joining BeneLynk, Leslie served as Senior Director of Operations for Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability. She began her career in the banking industry, where she received extensive leadership training. Promoted to Senior Director at Pitney Bowes, Inc., she developed and led successful operational teams for new products and services, earning several leadership awards.

Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.

Vicki Jessup

VP, Government Relations & Quality Assurance

Vicki uses her extensive healthcare experience to enhance service quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Vicki utilizes her extensive healthcare experience to promote a positive member experience and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

With nearly 25 years of expertise in Medicaid eligibility policy, Vicki excels in navigating state enrollment, claims processing, and managed care delivery systems. As a national subject matter expert in Medicaid eligibility policy, she ensures BeneLynk aligns with state and federal requirements while managing key relationships with industry stakeholders.

Before joining BeneLynk, Vicki was the Senior Director of Government Relations at Change Healthcare and its predecessor companies, Altegra Health and Social Service Coordinators. She also spent a decade with Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services (DHS) as the Medicaid/SNAP Eligibility Policy Section Chief, where she led efforts to expand Medicaid eligibility, streamline enrollment and renewal procedures, redesign state decision notices, and implement telephonic signatures, among other initiatives.

Vicki holds a bachelor's degree and a master’s certificate from the University of Wisconsin.
