It is an exciting time for all of us at BeneLynk. Our outreach services to help MedicareAdvantage plans positively impact the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) has met with enormous receptivity. We are pleased to announce our expansion into our new BeneLynk Florida Operating Center at Sawgrass Tech Park, Building D1619 NW 136th Ave in Sunrise, FL. This Operating Center at full capacity, will hold 500 employees. This past week, 65 BeneLynk employees celebrated its opening!
The BeneLynk Florida Operating Center will support call center staff servicing the entire country with shifts from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (ET). To make the building comfortable for our team there, the facility boasts a cafeteria, a fitness center, a meditation room, and lots of natural spaces to get out from behind the desk and take a walk.
We are excited to expand our team, and even more excited tohave the resources available to help Medicare Advantage plans throughout thenation to reach their members, understand their SDOH, and create a positiveimpact! This new facility adds to theexpertise of our Milford, CT facility and the talented employees locatedthere.
Our new facility houses operational groups with expertise in:
- Veterans in Medicare Advantage
- Creating and retaining Dual eligibility
- Removing SDOH barriers
